SocialChecker
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to SocialChecker, also referred to as Social Media Command Center (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by the SocialChecker app owner listed in the TikTok Developer Portal. Questions can be sent to alexraixon@gmail.com.
2. What the Service does
The Service is an admin dashboard for authorized social media account operators. It lets you connect accounts you own or administer, view TikTok and Instagram analytics, track public competitor content, generate marketing scripts and creative assets with AI assistance, and export content for manual review and posting.
The current version does not automatically publish to TikTok or any other connected platform. Any generated content must be reviewed and posted manually by you.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
- You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to administer.
- For TikTok, you authorize the Service to use TikTok Login Kit / Display API data such as
open_id, profile information, account statistics, and video list data only for the Service features described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. - You are responsible for keeping your admin login, platform access tokens, and connected-account credentials confidential.
- You may disconnect a connected account at any time from the Service dashboard or revoke app access through the relevant platform where available.
4. Acceptable use
- You must comply with applicable law and the terms, developer policies, community guidelines, and intellectual-property rules of TikTok, Instagram, and any other platform you use with the Service.
- You may not use the Service to access accounts without permission, misuse tokens, evade platform limits, collect non-public data, or publish content that infringes another person's rights.
- You may not use competitor research or AI-generated outputs in a way that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, platform, or advertising rules.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. The Service does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, lawful, platform-compliant, or suitable for a particular campaign.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including TikTok, Instagram, hosting providers, AI model providers, storage providers, and public-data providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, API changes, review decisions, outages, data accuracy, or policy enforcement.
6. Content and ownership
You retain rights you already have in your prompts, uploaded materials, account content, and exported assets. AI-generated outputs are made available for your use, subject to applicable law, platform rules, rights in any source or reference materials, and the terms of any AI provider used to generate them.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe use of the Service violates these Terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or may violate applicable platform rules or law.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Analytics, competitor data, generated content, exports, and integrations may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform account actions, rejected app reviews, third-party outages, or publication decisions made using the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
